Tri-Fit Programme - A Revolutionary Workout!!!

Welcome to our Tri-Fit Programme, the workout that has of all 3 important aspects of fitness: Strength, Cardio and Endurance! Conducted only in a small, focused group, this programme aims to customise each workout according to the needs and capability of each individual. Every Tri-Fit workout is never completely the same! So be challenged, have fun, and gain fitness in our all new Tri-Fit programme. Small class, Big Change, and a whole new you!

No Fitness Requirement needed! If you don't have it, you WILL have it!
