The Kapap Tactical Shooting Course draws from the Israeli Secret Service (Shin-Bet) doctrine which was develop in the late 60s as well as the tactics used by US Special Forces.  Our shooting methodology emphasises on aggressive shooting, one man against several and the importance of closed combat battle in a gun fight. This doctrine has been proven in battle over decades and is considered to be one of the most effective Counter terror doctrine that exists.

Within a matter of days, you will learn the exact same counter terrorism tactics used by the Israeli Secret Service, conduct live firing exercises, and learn tactical shooting.

This course is designed for beginners with no prior shooting or military experience. There are 6 different modules (Tac 1 to 6) for the full course and this is what they are:

TAC 1,2 - BEGINNERS INTRO

• Introduction to Home self-defense

• Gun safety and semi-auto mechanism

• Concealed and open carry draw from the holster/working with sling

• Sights and trigger work

• Shooting positions - standing, kneeling, mags change:  standing, kneeling, under pressure,                                                         using a cover/shade, break line of fire

• while running, change mags and GO TO Krav Maga

• Gun Malfunction

• Introduction to movement shooting - 360/3D

• Multipile attackers narrow angle - priorities in a gun fight - simple decision                                                                               making in a gun fight/home invasion

TAC 3 - MOVING FROM TARGET TO TARGET

• Multipile attackers in a wide angle 360/3D

• Movement in a urban landscape and selective shooting principles (avoid shooting non-combative)

• Room entry - pie technique- scan in sectors - fast/slow -

• Room scan - priorities

• Dynamic movement while changing mags 

 

TAC 4 - ROOM CLEARING - PISTOL

• Hostage situation

• Home invasion

• Room entry - pie technique- scan in sectors - fast/slow -

• Room scan - priorities

• Movement in the room and scan weak-sides

 

TAC 5 - FIRST RESPONDER- SHOOTING FROM A CAR

• Shooting from a car on the move

• Shooting next to a car and use block engine as tactical position

• Shooting from car to urban scenario

• Car ambush

• Close protection intro

• Shooting from the car windows 360

• Shooting from a car on the move

• Night shooting

• Shooting from a car to street and later room clearing Active shooter scenarios Rifle/Pistol transition under stress

 

TAC 6 - BASIC SWAT WORK - LIVE FIRE
